How is shipping calculated?
Shipping on your prints is calculated based on U.S. Postal Service and UPS shipping rates. Our shipping cost takes into account: packaging materials, labor to carefully package your piece, and carrier costs including insurance to guarantee your picture will be delivered with care.

How will my order be shipped?
In most cases your order will be shipped via:
U.S. Postal Service: Parcel Post, or UPS: Ground.
Please contact us if a different shipping method is desired (additional fees may apply).

What sizes do you offer?
There are many sizes available. You will choose your preferred size as one of the required options on the product detail page.

What format do you offer?
You may choose your print reproduced on one of these formats:
High quality Matte Paper or Stretched Canvas

Do you offer framing?
We do not offer framing at this time but we are working on offering those services in the future. There is the option of applying a gallery mount to your canvas order.

What is a Gallery Mount?
A gallery mount stretches the canvas around the back of a wooden frame. The mount provides depth to the finished piece and is prewired for hanging. This gallery mount is also preset for custom framing at your local art store.

RETAIL ORDERS

When can I expect to receive my order?
Your order will be shipped within 1 week from the day your order is placed. If for any other reason your order cannot or will not be shipped within 1 week, we will call you and let you know when you can expect it to be sent. Your package will then be delivered based on your selected shipping method.

What methods of payment are accepted?
All major credit cards are accepted, as well as personal check or money order. If paying with a credit card, your card will be charged on the day your order is shipped. If paying with check or money order, your order will be shipped when the funds have cleared the bank.
